Read a Loadout Before You Spawn

Judge a Cold War [APC] kit by the job, the range, and the items printed on the spawn card, not by a permanent weapon tier list.

A September 2026 arsenal directory counted about 53 weapon entries and 14 utility entries. Those are catalog sizes, not a list one player can equip at once. Weapons arrive through faction classes, research, and a few gamepasses. The spawn card is the loadout.

A pre-spawn check

Read, in order: faction, role family, primary weapon, sidearm, grenade or smoke, utility, and any class limit or price. If you cannot explain what the utility does from the card or a prompt, do not build a plan that depends on it.

Then ask one question: what problem on this objective does the kit solve? A rifle enters the point. A machine gun holds the approach. A launcher answers armor. Binoculars are for a lane you can actually report. A famous unit name does not answer the question by itself.

Weapon families

Family Use it for Leave it when
Rifles and carbines Mixed distances around the objective You need a prepared lane or a vehicle kill
Submachine guns and compact guns Short lanes and rooms The only route is a long open crossing
Machine guns Time for teammates to move You are sprinting alone
Marksman and precision rifles A route that feeds the point The overlook cannot see the objective
Launchers A confirmed vehicle and a clear angle You are spending the round on infantry
Pistols The primary is empty You treat the sidearm as a reason to reload in the open

Named examples that are tied to a class or a changelog, not a full 53-row stat sheet:

  • Soviet Rifleman: AK-74, ammo crate, no sidearm on the class article.
  • East German Rifleman: MPi-KM-72, RGD-5, ammo crate. One class article priced it at 35,000 and called that a 0.7-era note. Recheck.
  • US machine gunner reviews in September 2026 described an M60 with a 100-round belt and a US SAW M249 with a 200-round belt. A German machine gunner review named the MG3.
  • PACT support pages name an RPD on a close-range Soviet SAW kit and an RPK-74 with a scope on another. A damage figure of 35 on the RPK-74 page is that author's number, not a current patch note.
  • Delta Rifleman: CAR-15 SF, M9, M33A1. Spetsnaz-GRU descriptions name AKS-74UB, BS-1 Tishina, and PB. SEAL Assault names Stoner 63A and Ithaca 37. VMF packages name AS Val or VSS.
  • The 26 September changelog also touched the Vz.58 magazine count, gave the FB Tantal a forward equip animation, and temporarily issued the M18 to West German kits.

Helmets were changed in that same note so a headshot can knock the helmet off. A protective helmet is not a second health bar you can count on without testing.

The 14 utilities

Fragmentation: M67, L2A2, M33A1, RGD-5, RGO. Identify the room and your teammates before you throw. This guide does not assign real-world fuse times to these items.

Smoke: M18 and RDG-2. Put the cloud on the enemy's view of the cross, not on your own machine gunner.

Observation: B8x30 binoculars, M750r binoculars, and Designating Binoculars. The third name suggests a different action. Follow the live prompt. Do not promise an artillery strike the UI does not show.

Sustainment: American Bandage, Soviet Bandage, and Ammo Crate. The two bandage names mark faction gear, not a proven stat gap. Heal from hard cover. Put the crate where people can reach it without standing in a doorway.

Radio: the item and the Radio Operator role are documented. A June 2026 beginner video describes the radioman as calling artillery. Later writeups say the live interface is not fully published. Read the prompt before you assume a strike, a cooldown, or a mark.

Medic sits with the rifles

Some directories fold medical variants into the Rifleman family rather than an eighth role. A May 2026 medic video on this place described a rifle kit, grenades, bandages, a medkit, a faster revive, and a price around 5,000 cash, with a later note that teammate healing had been sped up. Five months of patches sit between that video and the APC update. Open the card.

Why there is no weapon tier list here

A compact gun can be the right tool in a building and the wrong tool across a valley. Creator notes already moved G3A3 and L1A1 damage. Compare two kits only inside one job, on the same kind of range, in the current build. If the menu does not show a number, describe what you saw and the date. Do not invent penetration.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Cold War [APC]?

Cold War [APC] is the Grip Studios Roblox shooter at Place ID 13687899540 (Universe ID 4750561026). It is an 80-player simcade battle in a fictional alternate history where the Cold War turns hot, with destructible cover, faction loadouts, and vehicles. It is not a Call of Duty title.

Are there working codes?

No working code string was found in the official description through 4 October 2026. Code writeups dated 1 October 2026 say this experience has no redemption menu yet. Treat a later giveaway as real only when Grip Studios prints the exact string and the current client shows a place to enter it.

Which class should a new player use?

Start with an available Rifleman kit. It is the flexible infantry job for learning routes and standing on the objective. Move to Machine Gunner, Marksman, Recon, Anti-Tank, Radio Operator, or Crewman when that specific job is actually needed.

How do I spawn a tank or APC?

Vehicles are bought from the deployment menu with the currency that menu shows, and tanks are documented as Crewman purchases. The September 2026 APC update publicly added the NATO M113A3 and the PACT MT-LB. Open the live vehicle card for the current price, research gate, and seat list before you spend.

Does this wiki provide scripts or auto-farm tools?

No. The official description says exploiting can permanently ban an account and that exploiter association is bannable. Appeals are directed to the communications server. This site only explains normal play.
